TEAA PROJECT – TRAINING OF NONGOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS FROM ROMANIA AND BULGARIQ – ADMINISTRATIVE CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT

The Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association as a partner within the framework of the TEAA project, PHARE programme Civil Society Development took part in the training, conducted in the city of Bran, Romania, of 20 – 10 Bulgarian and 10 Romanian NGOs. The working seminar was held for 2 days (12th and 13th of October) on the topics for administrative capacity development, access to the European Structural Funds and opportunities for cross-border cooperation. As a result out of the study visits, realized by the project in Germany, the Netherlands, Finland and the Czech Republic, there has been initiated a series of projects, oriented towards provision of social and training services to the elderly people as well as intergenerational approaches for key competences development.
